Message on the homepage of Infocandy “Regrettably, Infocandy has ceased trading.
Formal notices of this news will be sent to the relevant parties.”

Infocandy were a subscription agent, taking orders from customers (libraries, corporates etc) and managing the subs on behalf of the publishers. This could mean that some publishers will now have to fulfil orders for which Infocandy haven’t paid them; it could also mean that because publishers don’t have the full details of the end customer that they will have problems renewing the subscriptions when they expire.
